From March 6, 2017 to March 10, 2017
Make the most of your March Break by taking part in the MAC Day Camp! A varied, highly original artistic program promises a jam-packed week of activities. Create your own artworks by taking inspiration from pieces in the Musée Collection as well as the dazzling work by Sarah Sze titled Measuring Stick. In a truly creative laboratory, you will explore the notions of time, space and motion. You’ll also try out a wide array of visual-arts techniques: collage, installation, sculpture, painting and much more! With the encouragement of our experienced educators and a visit from famous scientists, you can be sure that your imagination will have plenty of stimulation. After a whirlwind of activities, games, songs, fun and surprises, the week will end with a grand vernissage where you’ll show off your many creations and maybe even some of your scientific experiments!
The MAC Day Camp has won four awards of excellence from the Association des camps certifiés du Québec: for Innovation in 1997, and for Best Program in 1998, 2006 and 2010.
