Provisions Respecting the Intellectual Property Rights of the Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal

The Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal holds intellectual property rights on the information on this site. Unless otherwise indicated, such rights apply to all documents disseminated by the site. The Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal guarantees the integrity of information at precisely the time that it appears on the site and not subsequently. Moreover, the Musée in no way guarantees any document, datum or other content once it has been altered or modified in any way whatsoever following downloading or otherwise. The official text takes precedence when a divergence arises between an official text and the content of this site.
